Here is what to expect after placing an order with πΊππΏππΆππ΅β’ β from preparation and dispatch to tracking and delivery.
Order processing
Most orders are processed within 1β3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Carrier collection
Once the parcel is packed and handed to the carrier, tracking information will be sent by email when available.
Estimated delivery
Standard transit is estimated at 7β15 business days after dispatch. Total estimated time including processing is approximately 8β18 business days.
Follow your parcel.
When tracking is available, shipment details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Carrier systems may need time to display the first scan. If tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us with your order number.
Give it a clear destination.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment or unit number, city, region, postal code, and a reachable phone number where required. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
When the route changes.
Customs inspections, weather, public holidays, peak-season volume, carrier disruptions, and other events outside our reasonable control may extend delivery estimates. Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Parcel not received?
Check tracking and with household members or your local carrier where appropriate. If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us so we can advise on next steps.
Know the total before you confirm.
Any shipping charge applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout before payment. If duties, taxes, or import charges apply, responsibility will be determined by the checkout terms and the laws of the destination country.
